When you use Notimail, we collect information necessary to provide the service. This includes standard account details (name, email) and the necessary secure OAuth tokens or SMTP credentials required to read and send emails on your behalf. We also collect usage data to improve our service.

2. AI Processing & Email Data

To generate smart replies and drafts, portions of your email content are securely transmitted to our AI partners (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for processing. We have agreements in place ensuring that your private email data is NOT used to train their public or foundational global models. Your data is strictly used for the execution of your specific requests.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, to protect your data. Your OAuth tokens are stored securely in our database (powered by Firebase) and are only accessed by our backend services when actively performing tasks on your behalf.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or email data to third parties. We only share data with essential service providers (e.g., payment processors like Paddle or Stripe, AI providers, cloud hosting) strictly for the purpose of operating the Notimail service.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.
