Subscription Renewals
Once a subscription has automatically renewed for a subsequent billing period (e.g., month 2, month 3), that specific charge is non-refundable. We clearly notify you before annual renewals, but it is your responsibility to cancel your plan before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted if we determine that your account has violated our Terms of Service (e.g., engaging in spam campaigns or abusive behavior). We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect potential abuse of this policy.
