Terms of Service

To use Notimail, you must create an account and connect an active email provider (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook). You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You agree not to use Notimail services to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any content that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other relevant anti-spam legislation. We reserve the right to monitor sending patterns and immediately suspend or terminate accounts that we suspect of engaging in abusive or non-compliant behavior without refund.

By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to our recurring billing terms. Subscription fees will be billed automatically to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Notimail service, including its software, AI models (excluding your raw data), designs, and trademarks, are owned exclusively by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Notimail provides an AI-powered assistant designed to draft and send emails based on your instructions. While we strive for high accuracy, you acknowledge that AI can produce unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before sending (unless full automation is explicitly configured). Notimail and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
